What Does a Water Heater Replacement Cost in Norwalk, CA?

If the gas water heater in your Norwalk home has finally quit, the book price to replace it is $1,595 for 30 or 40 gallons and $1,795 for 50, installed; an electric unit is $1,450 or $1,675. The storage tank membership is $99 per year and includes that yearly flush, free diagnostics when a repair is needed, 10% off services and add-ons, and 5% off a replacement.

If the current heater is electric, the replacement is $1,450 for 30 or 40 gallons and $1,675 for 50, tied in to the existing electrical connections; any problem with the wiring itself is work for an electrician. A 75- or 100-gallon tank is quoted on site.
